RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LUR, customer satisfaction is our priority.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product must be in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
